International Traffic in Arms Regulations
Empire Fasteners, LLC has been registered since 2015 with the Office of Defense Trade Controls, Compliance and Registration Division in relation to Arms Export Control Act (AECA) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
Our all-inclusive set of controls assures implementation of all internal ITAR requirements with our clientele and vendors.
